The World Health Organization (WHO) advises people to stay active at home. Dancing to music for a few minutes is a physical activity which help you to keep fit and healthy. And for me , it seems more fun! Should we give it a try with this music on You Tube ? πŸ˜€ A disclaimer : please note, to perform this dance fitness is at your own risk and responsibility.
